LESSONS FOR ADULTS

Adult lessons are tailored to the skill level and passions of each unique student, whether she is a beginner, used to take piano lessons as a child and wants to return to them, or is an advanced player looking for more polish as well as performance opportunities.

A Weekly private lesson is the most effective way to learn an instrument no matter what the goals are and occasionally adult students will get together for an adult-only performance opportunity.

Evening lesson times and lunchtime lessons are available to fit in with your work schedule.

Boost Your Brain. Enrich Your Life.
Learning piano isn’t just about music — it’s a powerful workout for your brain. Research shows that adults, even in their 60s, 70s, and beyond, can improve memory, focus, and mental flexibility after just a few months of lessons. Playing engages more areas of the brain than almost any other activity, strengthening connections, sharpening thinking, and enhancing well-being.

Whether you’re starting fresh or returning after years away, piano offers joy, challenge, and a vibrant boost to your cognitive health. It’s never too late to learn. I’m always happy to share more of the fascinating research behind music and the brain — let me know what sparks your curiosity, and we can explore it together.
